At Bwandila.com, operated by Kaylegends Enterprise Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is a top priority. These Refund and Cancellation Terms outline the conditions under which customers (“you” or “your”) can cancel orders, request refunds, or return products purchased through our platform.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Before Dispatch:
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before your order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

1.2 After Dispatch:
• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return (see Section 3).
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
• The product was out of stock and could not be fulfilled.
• The cancellation request was made before dispatch.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
• Digital products or services that have already been accessed or downloaded.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility:
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is required.
3.2 Process:
• Initiate a return request via your Bwandila.com account or contact customer service.
• We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
• Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we cover all shipping costs.
• For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Digital products and downloadable content.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement if stock is available.
